• If Lights Do Not Work Together in a Group/Lights Don't Change Color/APP Does Not Work: Check if the Lights are Offline, try to restart the APP or Update the APP to the latest version; Check if the two products have the same function, try Dismiss the Group, Restart APP, Repair Lights and Recreate the Group.
• If Lights Are Unable to Connect with the APP:
• 1. Ensure that both your WIFI and Bluetooth are activated.
• 2. Verify that your WIFI operates on the 2.4G band (5G WiFi is not supported) and that you have entered the correct password.
• 3. Confirm that the APP can detect nearby devices.
• 4. Check that the lights are in pairing mode (press and hold the button on the controller until the green indicator flashes rapidly).
• 5. Ensure that you have a strong signal (it's recommended to position the lights and your router as closely together as possible).
• Warm Tips: 1. No Warm White built-in, addressable warm white from RGB lights will be yellowish. 2. Not support DIY. 3. Only products with the same functionality can be group-controlled. 4.
